Return & Cancellation Policy

At Wrist&co., we take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our timepieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placement. To cancel, please contact us immediately via email or phone.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow the Return Process after receiving the item.

  • Custom Orders: Orders for personalized or custom-modified watches cannot be cancelled once the customization process has begun.

2. Return Policy

We offer a [7-day/14-day] return window from the date you receive your watch. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition: The watch must be unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition as received.

  • Security Tags: The original Wrist&co. security tags and any protective films must remain intact and unremoved.

  • Packaging & Documentation: You must return the watch with the original box, warranty cards, booklets, and any extra links or accessories included in the shipment.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of wear, scratches, or resized bracelets.

  • Watches where the security tag has been removed or tampered with.

  • Special orders or customized timepieces.

4. The Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Inspection: Once we receive the watch, our horology experts will inspect it to ensure it matches its original condition and that all components are present.

  3. Approval: We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete (usually within 2–3 business days).

5. Refunds

  • Approved Returns: After approval, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

  • Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable. [Optional: A restocking fee of 5% may apply to cover insurance and handling].

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare event that your watch arrives damaged or is not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. we will provide a prepaid shipping label and offer a full refund or a replacement.
